Neighborhood Cam

This page does not automatically reload, so hit Reload to get the image to update. A new image is usually uploaded every 10-12 minutes or so. It's usually a pretty quiet neighborhood. Between ms windoz, the webcam software and cable modem, the camera regularly goes "off-line" for hours at a time. So, don't be surprised if you see an old or blank picture.

Here is a page with images from several web cams.

Quote of the moment
Governments can err, Presidents do make mistakes, but the immortal Dante tells us that divine justice weighs the sins of the cold-blooded and the sins of the warm-hearted in different scales. Better the occasional faults of a Government that lives in a spirit of charity than the constant omission of a Government frozen in the ice of its own indifference.
~ Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882–1945), U.S. president. ed. Samuel I. Rosenman, The Public Papers and Addresses of Franklin D. Roosevelt, 13 vols., New York (1938-1950). William E. Leuchtenburg, Franklin D. Roosevelt and the New Deal: 1932-1940, p. 333, Harper & Row (1963).

FDR was responding to critics of the New Deal programs who charged it with waste and failure of some its programs. ~
